Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Klassic Hair Braiding website at klasichairbraiding.com and all services provided by Klasic Hair Braiding LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a registered business in Montgomery Village, Maryland, United States.

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Section 02

Agreement to Terms

Klasic Hair Braiding operates by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in clients under any circumstances. All appointments must be booked in advance through the online booking system on our website.

By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive on time, prepared, and ready for your scheduled service. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service to clients who do not comply with our preparation guidelines

Appointment-only policy: This policy exists to protect every client's time and ensure every stylist can deliver their best work without interruption. We appreciate your understanding.

Section 03

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Your deposit guarantees your time slot with your chosen stylist. Failure to pay the deposit at booking will result in your appointment not being confirmed.

Important: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Section 04

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: Your deposit is forfeited, but no additional charge will be applied. You may reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Your deposit is forfeited and you will be charged 25% of the total service price.
No-shows (failure to appear without notice): Your deposit is forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the total service price.

Your deposit guarantees your time slot with your chosen stylist. Failure to pay the deposit at booking will result in your appointment not being confirmed.

How to cancel: Contact us by phone at +1 (240) 848-0072 or via WhatsApp. Cancellations must be confirmed by a member of our team to be considered valid.

Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to pay a larger deposit or pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments.

Section 05

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to:

Shorten your service to fit within the remaining scheduled time
Reschedule your appointment to a future date
Apply a late arrival fee at the stylist's discretion

Late arrivals that require rescheduling will be treated as cancellations under our Cancellation Policy above. This policy protects the appointments of all clients that follow yours.

Section 06

Pricing

All prices listed on our website and booking platform are starting rates. Final pricing is determined at the time of service and is based on your hair length, thickness, density, and the complexity of the style selected.

You will always be informed of the final price before any service begins. No additional charges will be applied without your consent.

We accept payments via Square — including card, and any additional methods available through the Square platform. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be processed through Square at checkout

Starting rates are listed in good faith. Significant variances from listed prices will always be communicated in advance and require your approval before work begins.

Health & Safety

The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

You do not have any active scalp conditions, fungal infections, or contagious skin conditions
You will arrive with clean, detangled, and fully dry hair unless otherwise instructed
You will disclose any known hair or scalp sensitivities before your service begins

Klasic Hair Braiding reserves the right to decline service to any client presenting with conditions that may pose a risk to other clients or staff. In such cases, a partial cancellation fee may apply.

Section 08

Satisfaction Policy

Klasic Hair Braiding is deeply committed to client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please raise your concern before leaving the salon. Our team will do everything possible to address the issue immediately.

We do not offer refunds on completed services. However, we will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate concern. Disputes raised after leaving the salon without having communicated the concern to a stylist may not be eligible for remediation.

Website Use

All content on klasichairbraiding.com — including text, images, logos, service descriptions, and branding — is the intellectual property of Klasic Hair Braiding LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this site is strictly prohibited.
