Our primary platform for appointment booking, client records, email/SMS automation, and website hosting. Client booking data is stored and processed through Rvamply's secure infrastructure.

Google Analytics - Website Analytics

Used to analyze aggregate website traffic and user behavior. Data collected is anonymized and does not personally identify individual visitors. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Maps - Location & Directions

Embedded on our Contact page to display our salon location and provide directions. Google may collect your location data if you request directions. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok - Social Media Integration

We maintain active pages on Instagram (@klasichairbraiding), Facebook, and TikTok. If you interact with us on these platforms, Meta's and TikTok's privacy policies govern how your data is handled.

Zelle - Payment Processing

Used to process deposits and service payments. We do not store or have access to your Zelle account information. All transactions are governed by Zelle's terms and Early Warning Services, LLC's privacy policy.

Cash App (Block, Inc.) - Payment Processing

An alternative payment method for deposits and balances. We do not store Cash App credentials or transaction details beyond the payment confirmation. Governed by Block, Inc.'s privacy policy.

Square (Block, Inc.) - Payment Processing

Used to process deposits and service payments, including card transactions. We do not store or have access to your full card details. All payment data is processed and secured directly by Square. Governed by Square's Privacy Policy at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
